July To Do List.
One month from today is “Invitation Bonanza”- a time when all who want to help will gather at Wedding headquarters to assemble the invitations and prepare them for mailing on August 10th. (If you want to participate in Invitation Bonanza, drop me a line and I’ll give you the details. All are welcome!) We will also be stuffing the out of town bags, and any other small redundant activities I can come up with. The tasks will go much quicker if we can have a nice long assembly line.
I guess it’s easy to say that the biggest priority for the month of July is to get the invitations printed so we’ll have something to stuff at the party. All of the pieces have been designed and sent out for review and approval, now I need to sit down and print all the pieces. 160 invitations, 1 invitation and 4 inserts each– it may take me a night or two.
